Raichu is an Electric-type Pokémon. It evolves from Pikachu when a Thunderstone is used. Raichu can not learn any new moves, so it is important to make sure that all the moves are available before evolution (Pikachu learns its last move at level 50). With a Medium Fast experience type, Raichu reaches level 100 at approximately 8.6 million experience.
